The Royal New Zealand Armoured Corp (RNZAC) Association was registered as an incorporated society in June 1994 and currently has 250 financial members. Branches have been established in Auckland (Inactive), Wellington and Christchurch.

The success of the Association depends on the voluntary work of a number of members. The Executive Committee, which is currently made up of four members, conducts meetings to make decisions and implement the priorities of the membership.

The following are priorities for the Association Executive Comittee to focus on and maintain and include:

Keeping in touch with members through the website; 
Organising a central reunion of RNZAC members;
Organising and maintaining quarterly branch social functions in Wellington, and Christchurch;
Improving the general communication between the Association and its membership.

The RNZAC Executive Committee currently comprises:
